Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Returns:

  • Before Shipment: Orders cancelled before dispatch incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • After Shipment: Customers have the option to cancel their order within 7 days of payment. If the order has already been shipped, it is required that the customer returns the product via Track & Trace Courier at their own expense. Upon the return of the product, if it is found to be in a sellable condition, a refund will be issued. Please note, the refund will be the purchase amount minus a $25 administrative fee, a $35 restocking fee, and the original shipping costs for orders that were shipped for free. For specific products such as electrolytic water ionizers, and whole house filters the restocking fee is increased to $90.
  • Faulty Products: Ionza Ltd. is committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees Act. In the event of a faulty product, we will offer the appropriate remedies, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the warranty terms. Please contact us for warranty service.

Additional Terms:

  • If a product is returned in a condition that is unfit for resale, Ionza Ltd. reserves the right to either charge an additional penalty or reject the return at their discretion.
  • In fulfilling our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act for faulty products, Ionza Ltd. will work diligently to ensure that customers receive timely and fair resolutions.
