At Ionza, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and in pristine condition. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery services:
Domestic Delivery in New Zealand
- Timeliness: We strive to dispatch in-stock items within 1-3 working days. Should an item be out of stock, we'll inform you with an ETA.
- Delivery Instructions: You can specify delivery instructions in the designated field during checkout.
- Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for orders within New Zealand that meet a certain spending threshold or are part of a special promotion. We’ll clarify these conditions on our promotions and at checkout.
- Delivery Costs: For orders not qualifying for free delivery, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Typically, orders arrive within 3-7 working days.
- Non-Signature Delivery: Parcels are usually sent without requiring a signature, left in a safe place if you’re not home. If this isn’t possible, a notification card will be left for you.
- Business Deliveries: Please include your business name with the delivery address.
- Parcel Responsibility: We assume full responsibility for parcels lost in transit within New Zealand until they reach your delivery address, provided you inform us within 7 days of any issues. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to you.
International Delivery
- Options: We offer Courier and Airmail delivery options, with rates varying by delivery zone. These rates and delivery options are available on our International Delivery page.
- Delivery Cost: During checkout, the exact cost of delivery for your order will be clearly displayed. You can also use our 'Postage Estimator' tool at any time to estimate shipping costs.
Lost Parcels
- Notification: Should a parcel get lost in transit within New Zealand, please notify us within 7 days so we can take responsibility and address the issue.
