Water filter. As expected.

I'm very happy with my new jug, and the colourful filters. Its a slightly sleeker shape and pours really well, so glad I upgraded from my last one that has been doing great service., giving me tasty filtered water for more than 3 years!

Love this jug, filters the water flows very well through the filter. Leaks a little bit where the filter
Screws in. So used a bit of thread seal tape to fix this.

i checked the alkalinity with my drops and it was very low, am I doing something ?

This jug makes having filtered water so easy and simple. Water just taste better, its also a great way to get filtered water in to the coffee machine. A wonderful addition to the kitchen. Thanks Ionza

Absolutely love this filter jug. My tap water is not the nicest with floride and chlorine so if fallen out of love with drinking water.

With this filter jug the water tastes great and I feel healthier too knowing I'm drinking less impurities etc

Very useful

I really love the taste of the water and the size of the jug, it's perfect for our household. However, the lid tends to come off easily when I'm filling it or pouring water, which can be frustrating. A locking mechanism or a more secure fit for the lid would be a great improvement. Otherwise, it's a great product.

easy to use jug, screw in filter, no more fit in the hole with a seal round it - screw in filter is the best method & BPA free.

First time user. I like it.

2nd jug I've bought. One at home and one at work. Great easy to use and care for. I take mine travelling aswell.

My wife is now actually attempting to meet her hydration needs thanks to this. It improves the taste of our tap water. Highly recommend.

Our drinking water comes from tank supply via a 20 mic particulate filter, a 1 mic fine filter and a UV steriliser, then a carbon filter at point of use. Although our water is already very good, the Ionza jug makes it taste even better

Loving the taste of the water and I feel like my skin is already starting to glow..Haven't had as much bloating either which is fantastic love it 😀

I received this promptly and it's been working a treat!

This has been so good to give to my parents, they had an older style from another brand and instantly impressed with their new water jug! They find it lighter to lift and have recommended to friends already as variety of colours to match their inside instead of stock standard white

This bottle was perfect to take away as you could always have nice water to drink. Not quite the same as the water from my bench top machine at home, but was a lot better than drinking standard tap water. Was a good investment.

Great tasting water but unfortunately very poor design of the lid. It is so frustrating to get it off and on. I read the instructions and followed all the tips but I think it’s very poor quality in comparison to the rest of the unit. I even thought about sending it back . It’s my second jug & my last one wasn’t near as frustrating
