H+ Chi Magnum - Hydrogen Water bottle & Ioniser
Product Option
Is the inhaler kit included with the bottle?
Yes. the Hydrogen Water bottle comes with the Inhaler Kit
Is it suitable to use the bottle with rainwater?
Rainwater will not be bad for the H+Chi. If you are concerned about the quality of the rainwater, perhaps it has cysts of giardia etc then the Hydrogenation process is not going to remove such things. In saying that, it's also not going to make bad water worse, so if you are comfortable drinking the rainwater directly then putting it into the H+Chi is totally fine.
My bottle is not charging
If your bottle is not charging, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Check the charging cable: Ensure that the charging cable is securely connected to both the bottle and the power source. Try using a different charging cable or USB port to rule out any issues with the cable itself.
2) Clean the charging port: Inspect the charging port on the bottle for any debris or dirt that may be obstructing the connection. Use a soft, dry cloth or a cotton swab to gently clean the charging port.
3) Ensure proper contact: Ensure that the charging contacts on the bottle and the charging cable are making good contact. Check for any bent or damaged pins and straighten them if necessary.
4) Charge with a different power source: Try charging the bottle using a different power source, such as a different wall adapter or a computer USB port. This will help determine if the issue is with the power source you were using.
Contact customer support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps.
Why do I need to leave the base of the bottle moist ?
It is necessary to keep the ionizing plates moist for general maintenance and to avoid leaving the bottle in the sunlight and letting it drying the chamber out.
Therefor try to keep it with a bit of water if you are not going to use it for some time and try to use it often (also for the health benefits!)
What are the bubbles in my hydrogen bottle ?
These bubbles indicate that the hydrogen gas is being infused into the water, which is the desired process for hydrogen water production. The presence of bubbles is a sign that the hydrogen is being released and dispersed throughout the water.
It is important to note that these bubbles are harmless and do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the hydrogen water. You can safely consume the water with the bubbles without any concerns.
For optimal results, it is recommended to drink hydrogenated water as fresh as possible. Over time, the hydrogen gas infused in the water can gradually escape, leading to a reduction in its concentration.
