How to stop the machine from beeping after replacing the filter ?

You simply need to re-set the filter, following the outlined steps bellow :
1. Hold the PURIFIED button for 5 seconds to reset the filter
2. Sound “dding” with filter reset is complete. The filter life light will have a solid color white.

Why does my filter life is flushing ?

Ion Plus filter. The filter light should have a solid color while there is still filter life. When exhausted, the filter light will flash.

Can I get my electronic tap wet?

The smart faucet is an electronic product. Do not clean electronics at home with water.
For example, when cleaning TV monitors and computer monitors, ""LCD Liquid Crystal Cleaner"" is used. My experience (from other countries) is that it's better to wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of mirror cleaner. There are individual differences in the degree of wet cloth.
Simply wiping with a soft cloth is sufficient. We recommend a Micro Fibre Cloth

water taste improvement with water filter

The first improvement everybody in my household noticed was the taste of the water. Because the water tastes better than right out of the tap, members of my household drink more. But not only does your water taste better, the tea, herbal infusions and coffee taste much, much better as well. We host a lot of guests and everybody always comments that the water in our house tastes incredibly good. Besides the taste, I feel our health and energy levels have improved since we switched to the IonPlus filter.

Filter replacement quick and easy

Filter replacement quick and easy, though there is a slight plastic taste for the first few weeks.
Also the ion plus unit has become temperamental in tap shut off function since filter replacement. Instant some times, other times lagging for 10 to 30 seconds.

Great product

After our last ioniser of 15 years died, we were without ionised water for some months. Now that we are again drinking beautiful vitalised clean water our whole family are really noticing the benefits in our well being. Also the smart tap is very user friendly and easy to operate.
A big thank you to the Ionza team and their commitment to their customers and passion for the goodness of water as God intended it!

A great decision to buy IonPlus Ionza products

We’re both in our seventies and had been feeling the aches and pains for various reasons 3 years ago and it was at this time we met some friends who had installed one of these filters and had nothing but praise for the benefit it had proved for them both since drinking this alkaline water.
Good water is hard to find these days! Nothing beats the taste and health giving effects.
It was expensive at the time when we bought the systems, and it continues to cost Re filter replacements, but because of its obvious healing effects, the ongoing costs of running this beautiful water filter system is happily included in our budget.

I am 65 years old and l spent 45 years working in industries a lot of physical work I now struggle with ongoing pain and discomfort with osteoarthritis to all my joints since my 40s. in August 2020 l had a knee replacement .
